ANARKISMA adalah idea bahawa semua orang berhak untuk mendapat kehendak dirinya sendiri secara sepenuhnya. Tiada undang-undang, pemerintah ataupun proses membuat keputusan yang lebih penting daripada keperluan dan kehendak sebenar seorang manusia.

Namun untuk menciptakan masyarakat seperti itu, kaum anarkis percaya bahwa kita harus mulai beroperasi dengan cara yang konsisten dengan cara beroperasi masyarakat yang kita inginkan. Kita perlu menghadapi dan merusak sistem yang menindas, mendominasi, dan mengeksploitasi di komunitas, sekolah, dan tempat kerja kita sambil membangun model relasi alternatif dalam prosesnya. Kita sedang menciptakan benih-benih dunia baru ketika kita membangun kekuatan masyarakat dalam melawan penindasan dunia lama.

There is a necessity for a liberatory politics in the Archipelago known as the Philippines and as anarchists we think Anarchism has the framework to fill this need. The dominant forms of politics we have now are insufficient for developing a liberatory politics in the archipelago. This liberatory politics becomes a necessity because politics in the Philippines is currently an alienating affair—a politics done to people rather than people doing politics. We are also dominated by domineering structures and institutions like the market, capitalism, and the state. Against these we forward the liberatory politics of anarchism for a world beyond domination.

Ang problema ay hindi na marumi ang pulitika, ngunit na ang buong laro ng pulitika ay sira. Ang problema ay hindi dahil sa depekto sa pangangasiwa ng batas, ngunit na ang batas mismo ay isang instrumento upang mapasailalim at apihin ang mga tao. Our idea of activism is still highly exclusive, as if activism was something people performed to be included in a Cool Kids Club rather than something anyone could participate in, whoever they are, in any way they can.

The task of an archipelagic poetics in the current context would be to foment new, multivalent, archipelagic forms of identity and community, in ways which refuse and overspill the boundaries and terms of compartmentalised island space. Not only would it seek to spark new forms of sociality and ways of being in the world, but would also attempt to make explicit that which is already implicit.
